Welcome to The Scrub Hub. By booking a service with us or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Services
  • The Scrub Hub provides professional residential, commercial, end of lease, and construction cleaning services within the Greater Sydney area.
  • Service scope is outlined at the time of booking. Any additional services must be agreed upon in advance or on-site if feasible.
  • Our cleaners use professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products where possible.
  1. Bookings and Scheduling
  • All bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
  • Bookings are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email, SMS, or call.
  • We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
  1. Pricing and Payments
  • Quotes are provided based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the property’s condition differs from the description.
  • Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major payment methods including EFT, card, or cash.
  • All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • A cancellation fee may apply if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
  1. Access to Property
  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If access is not possible and the service cannot proceed, a call-out fee may apply.
  1. Quality and Satisfaction
  • If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee for work within the agreed service scope.
  1. Liability
  • The Scrub Hub is fully insured and takes all reasonable care during services.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed in advance.
  • Valuable items should be stored securely prior to service.
  1. Health and Safety
  • Our staff reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or poses a health risk.
  • We comply with all relevant health and safety standards.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website, including logos and images, is owned or licensed by The Scrub Hub and may not be reproduced without permission.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
